She spent her television heyday presenting Big Brother and it seems that Davina McCall's many millions have landed her a home far superior to the house seen on the reality show. The TV presenter's recent planning application on the Sussex mansion has given a rare glimpse inside her family home. Davina, 49, who bought the mansion with her husband Matthew Robertson for £3.2 million back in 2009, is seeking permission to replace a semi-derelict 1930's loggia as well as the refurbishment of a former 'gramophone room' with the star hoping to combine the two to act as a new kitchen. In addition the couple, who live there with their three children, are hoping to restore their enormous glass houses in the grounds of the property as part of the kitchen's restoration. The mother-of-three's home already boasts two swimming pools, a paddock and a tennis court. In addition the eight-bedroom mansion, features five bathrooms, five reception rooms and a huge conservatory.

Inside the 'gramophone room' Davina has decorated with a pop-art portrait of former US president Barack Obama hanging from the wall.
The room also features a dramatic sky light as well as a wood burning stove and a corner sofa. In the grounds of the property a dramatic water feature can be seen facing the rear of the home where a patio area stands complete with fairy lights.
The property is laid out in the traditions of an early C19th classical Villa with interconnected rooms. The presenter has previously had her enjoyment of the rural home disturbed after she complained about locals urinating in the surrounding area.
