MTV announced nominations for the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday using Instagram Live. And one of the most interesting categories was for Best Collaboration, which could turn into one big celebrity catfight during the live August telecast. Best pals Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift will go head to head with frenemy Katy Perry. Gomez is named for her song We Don't Talk Anymore with Charlie Puth. Swift was listed for her work with Zayn Malik for I Don't Wanna Live Forever. And Perry was recognized for her work with Calvin Harris and Pharrell on Feels. Also in the category are Khaled with Rihanna and Tiller for Wild Thoughs, DRAM and Lil Yachty for Broccoli and The Chainsmokers and Halsey for Closer. Swift called out Perry in her hit song Bad Blood, which was released in 2014.
